Sprint Start Technique: Raising The Hips / Retracting The Arm (For A Right-Handed Stance)

Instructions

Keeping both feet and the right hand set in place. Fully retract the left arm keeping slightly flexed elbow position while simultaneously raising the hips into the air (placing a stretch on the hamstring) for a quick second before initiating the punch step. Common Error is not retracting the left arm fully while maintaining a slightly flexed elbow.
