Mobility Specific Movements: Straight Arm Dumbbell Scap Punches

Instructions

Begin by laying supine on a flat bench with an arm fully extended directly above the shoulder with a dumbbell in hand. Initiate the movement by letting the shoulder blade retract below the surface of the bench, while maintaining a straight arm, press the dumbbell as high as possible using the shoulder girdle only. Common Error is flexing the elbow.
