Core & Other Posterior Chain Movements: Single Leg Dumbbell Romanian Dead Lift

Instructions

Hold a dumbbell in one hand. Keeping the opposite leg on the ground as a pivot, allow the body to rotate forward keeping the body in a straight line. Both legs should remain straight and the chest should be up the entire time. The dumbbell should transfer straight up and down. Common Error is allowing the upper body and lower body to move at different rates.
