2023 (At Evansville)
  • Played in 48 games with 45 starts, splitting time between catcher and DH
  • Started 38 games behind home plate, and seven games at DH overall
  • Hit .208 with 12 doubles, five home runs, 30 RBI and 21 runs scored
  • Third on the team with seven HBPs
  • Produced 10 multi-hit games, including five two-hit contests, four three-hit games, and one four-hit game
  • Tied for fourth on the team with nine multi-RBI contests
  • Opened the year going 3-for-4 with a home run and three RBI at Troy (2/17/23)
  • Hit .333 (5-for-15) with a home run, two doubles and eight RBI through UE’s first four games at Troy and Kentucky (two NCAA Tournament teams from 2023)
  • Hit home runs in back-to-back games against Eastern Michigan (2/26/23) and at Southeast Missouri State (3/1/23)
  • Went 5-for-9 with a pair of doubles in a two-game home series against Purdue (3/17-19/23)

  • Had an outstanding summer playing for the Mankato MoonDogs of the Northwoods League
  • Earned Northwoods League Great Plains Mid-Season All-Star status and participated in the Great Plains All-Star Home Run Challenge

  • Posted the fourth-longest streak of reaching base safely at 17 games
  • Had a multi-hit game in his first game as an Ace, going 2-for-4 with a double at #10 N.C. State (2/18/22)
  • Went a season-best 3-for-4 with his first home run and a season-best three runs scored and three RBI in UE’s home opener against Dayton (2/26/22)
  • Roped a pair of doubles while going 2-for-3 with two runs scored and an RBI against UIC (3/4/22)
  • Had three-hit games in Valley play at Indiana State (3-for-3, HR, 2 RBI – 4/23/22) and against Bradley (3-for-4, 2 2Bs, three runs scored – 5/1/22)
  • First career MVC home run came against Southern Illinois (4/9/22)
  • Opened MVC play hitting safely in his first seven Valley games (4/8/22 – 4/23/22), and had at least one hit in every MVC series

  • Graduated from UE last May with a degree in Civil Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master's in Leadership
  • Also played football and swam growing up
  • Lists football as his second-best sport
  • Wants to be a college baseball coach when his playing days are done
  • Hobbies include weightlifting
  • Favorite food is his mom’s Chicken Parmagiano
  • Wears #19 to honor his high school teammate, Travis Gaines, who was paralyzed in a Spring Break boating accident in his school during his senior year.  Travis had signed to play baseball collegiately at Centre College (KY), but was not able to do so.  Travis wore #19 in high school at Dunbar HS
