Robbie Dombrowski

Robbie Dombrowski joined the Aces in August of 2021 after previously serving as the Director of Baseball Operations at Central Michigan University.  

While at Central Michigan, Dombrowski and the Chippewas won a MAC conference title in 2021 and eliminated both Michigan and UConn from the NCAA Regional en route to a 42-18 record. Prior to joining Central Michigan, Dombrowski served as the assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at his alma mater, St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wis.  
 
Prior to his time at St. Norbert, Dombrowski served as the graduate assistant and hitting coach at Belhaven University in Jackson, Miss. Additionally, he has served as a head coach in three collegiate summer leagues, most recently leading the Creek Mapaches to a league championship in the Dairyland Collegiate League in 2021.  

 
As a player, Dombrowski was a three-year starter at catcher for St. Norbert College and two-time team captain. In 2017, Dombrowski helped lead the Green Knights to a conference championship and NCAA regional berth, while setting the school record for most team wins in a single season.  
 
Dombrowski, a native of Delafield, Wis., attained his bachelor’s degree from St. Norbert College and earned his master’s degree in Sports Administration from Belhaven University in 2020.
