Slyker Award, given to the school’s top male athlete...A first team all-MVC pick...Led UE and ranked third in the MVC with a .371 average...The 2006 MVC Tournament Most Outstanding Player after hitting .591 (13-for-22) with two doubles, two home runs, and four RBI in tournament play...Hit the game-winning home run in UE’s 2-1 victory over Missouri State in the MVC Tournament championship game (5/27)...Second in the MVC in doubles (20), third in hits (91) and RBI (55), and sixth in home runs (seven)...24 multi-hit games...Had a 19-game hitting streak from 4/23 to 5/27 in which he hit .482 (40-for-83) with 10 doubles, four home runs, and 23 RBI...Named MVC Player of the Week (5/1) after hitting .500 (8-for-16) with eight RBI vs. So.
