2016: All-MVC Second Team … Played in 55 games with 54 starts, primarily at second base … Led team in hits (73), runs (41), doubles (20), homers (10), total bases (127) and RBI (42) … Ended second in batting average (.341) and slugging percentage (.591) … Also walked 29 times to post a .435 on-base mark … Hit .235 in conference play with team-best 14 runs, seven doubles and four homers … Debuted in impressive fashion at South Alabama (Feb. 19), ending 1-for-3 with his first career homer, and followed up a day later with a 3-for-3 outing at the plate with a double and a walk … Also homered at UT Martin, going 4-for-8 with three scores and three RBI … Enjoyed four-hit days against Central Connecticut (March 12) and Indiana (March 15) … Put together season-best 12-game hitting streak from April 20-May 8 … Homered and knocked in three runs at Dallas Baptist (May 8) … Combined to go 3-for-8 with a pair of homers and six RBI in back-to-back elimination games in the MVC tournament (May 27) … Recorded at least one hit in 41 contests and multiple hits in 22.

JUCO: Posted .423 batting average for Fort Scott Community College ... Scored 68 times and knocked in another 40 runs ... Also homered twice and stole 17 bases ... Transferred to Fort Scott after hitting .200 as a freshman at Missouri State, scoring six times and driving in six more.

PREP: Starred for Norris High School ... Hit .495 as a senior to lead the team to its first state championship ... Named Louisville Slugger All-American ... Also took home all-state honors after hitting .453 as a junior and helping his team to a runner-up finish in the state tournament ... Named all-conference and earned an all-state honorable mention following a sophomore campaign where he hit .398 ... Lettered three times in football.
