Comes to Evansville from Ankeny, Iowa and Ankeny High School
Was a two-way player in high school for the Ankeny Hawks, mostly playing in the infield
Appeared and started in all 36 games for the Hawks in 2024 batting .397 with 46 hits, 14 doubles, one triple, three home runs, 36 RBIs, and 26 runs scored. On the mound Clevidence made 10 starts for a 3-5 record with a 3.74 ERA.
His senior year Clevidence and the Hawks had a 19-23 record ending the season in the Class 4A substate baseball semifinal while being named to the CMIL All-Conference Second Team
Was also named to the Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association 2024 All-District Teams – Class 4A North Central District First Team and the Iowa High School Baseball Association 2024 All-State Second Team
His junior year Clevidence was part of a Hawks team that had a 21-20 record and advanced to a substate final while batting .304 with 14 RBIs and three pitching appearances for a 2-1 record with a 6.12 ERA
Only played in 17 games his sophomore year due to a hand injury
Helped the Hawks to their second straight CIML Iowa Conference title and a 23-14 record in his freshman season.
Batted .346 with four doubles and 14 RBIs while posting a 2-0 record on the mound with a 4.34 ERA in 2021
Was ranked the 12th overall prospect and fourth right-handed pitcher in the state of Iowa in the 2024 class by Perfect Game
Played club baseball with the Midwest Pride
