Hung Chien “Duke” Wu joined the University of Evansville in May 2023 as an Assistant Athletic Trainer, working primarily with Men’s Basketball and Women’s Track and Field. Prior to joining Evansville, Duke was an assistant athletic trainer at Concord University, where he worked with CU men’s basketball and men’s soccer.
Duke earned his Master of Science in Athletic Training from University of Evansville in 2021. While at UE, Duke was immersed with Florida Gators Women’s Basketball during the Fall of 2020. He also worked with Kentucky Wesleyan College football, UE baseball, and high school basketball & wrestling.
Duke received a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from National Cheng Kung University in 2013. He was an occupational therapist in Taiwan for five years before he came to the USA to pursue his master’s degree.
Duke is originally from Taipei, Taiwan.
