2019-20: Completed his Evansville career with a stroke average of 75.88, ranking ninth in program history…finished second on the team with a 73.18 stroke average…16 of his 17 rounds were in the 70’s…shot a career-low 66 in the final round of the EKU Raising Canes Invitational – it is tied for the third-lowest round in program history…opened the year with a 3-over 216 at the Murray State Invitational, tying for 20th…his final round of 66 at EKU helped him complete the tournament at 1-over par with a 211, tying for fourth…tied for ninth at the NKU Fall Collegiate Classic – shot a 69 in the second round…earned a 12th place finish to open the spring at the ASU Spring Classic finishing with a 5-over 221…tied for 18th at the Don Benbow Invitational.
2018-19: Saw time in 26 rounds as a junior…tallied a 77.08 stroke average and shot in the 70’s in 20 rounds…top fall effort was a tie for 11th at the NKU Fall Collegiate Classic, shooting a 75-70-75 to finish with a 7-over 220…his 70 was his lowest round of the season…opened spring with a 21st at Benbow Invitational…tied for 44th out of 87 golfers at Big Blue Intercollegiate including a 71 in the first round, his top round of the spring.
2017-18: Sophomore campaign saw him play in 28 rounds, carding an average of 76.04 strokes…completed the fall with a 74.33 average with all 12 rounds in the 70’s…top fall round of 71 came in opener at Murray State…tied for 12th at the Butler Fall Invitational…top season finish was a 7th at Alabama State Spring Kickoff with a pair of 73’s…low spring round of 70 came at Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate.
2016-17: Played in 28 rounds as a freshman and averaged 76.25 strokes per round…tied for 24th in his collegiate debut, notching a 5-over 218 at Murray State which included a 1-under 70 in second round…tied for 21st at Butler Fall Invitational with scores of 76-74-72…finished in a tie for 8th at Bulldog Florida Invitational notching a 76 and 74 to earn a top ten for his best finish of the season…completed his first MVC Championship in a tie for 21st with a 3-round total of 232.
Prior to UE: Prior to UE: Was a varsity starter for the Memorial HS men’s golf team in Evansville…was a First Team All-City and All-Conference player…his 18-hole stroke average was a 73…shot a 72 at Cambridge Golf Club to win the Central Invitational…shot a 62 in the Junior City, a 73 in conference and a 31 in 9 holes at the McDonalds against Mater Dei.
Personal: Native of Evansville where he attended Reitz Memorial HS...son of Mike and Kristie Ladd...sister Mallory played basketball at UE...was a First Team All-City and First Team All-Conference player at Memorial.
