2024-25:
- Took part in five meets as a sophomore
- Was victorious in the 200-fly against Centre College with a time of 2:00.14 while taking 4th in the 500-free with a 4:59.93
- Finished fourth in the 200-fly against McKendree (2:00.62) while earning a 7th place finish in the 100-fly (54.40)
- Earned a pair of top five finishes against USI/Butler taking third in the 200-fly (1:59.35) and 5th in the 500-free (4:58.78)
- Registered personal bests in the 200-fly (1:56.78) and 500-free (4:50.66) at the MVC Championships
2023-24:
- Competed in seven meets as a freshman
- Opened with a 4th place in the 200-fly against Valpo/USI with a time of 2:01.01
- Improved his time in the 200-fly to a 1:59.81 at the A3 Performance Invite while posting a 53.17 in the 100-fly and a 22.54 in the 50-free
- Finished third in the 200-fly versus Bellarmine (2:03.00) before taking 5th in the 100-fly against Wabash/Eastern Illinois with a 54.72
- Had his top times of the season in three events at the MAC Championships
- Those efforts included the 200-fly (1:58.08), 100-fly (52.60), and 50-free (22.23)
Prior To UE:
- Lettered six years in swimming at Highlands High School in Kentucky
- Also competed for the Cincinnati Marlins club program
- Named to the 2023 All-Region Team
- Earned Highlands’ 2023 Sportsmanship Award
- Two-time varsity captain in high school
- Advanced to the Kentucky state finals in both the 100 Fly and 200 Free events
Personal:
- Son of Brian and Deana Pawlak
- Has a younger brother, Ashton
- Enjoys rock climbing, swimming and music
- A member of USA Swimming
- Majoring in Exercise Science at UE and is a DPT Direct Entry student
- His career goal is to be a Physical Therapist
