- Won UE’s first-ever Mid-American Conference individual title, taking first in the 200-Yard Breaststroke at the MAC Championships (1:56.16 – 3/4/23)
- The first Purple Ace to earn First Team All-Mid-American Conference honors
- Led UE in scoring at the MAC Championships with 42 points and three school records
- Posted NCAA ‘B Cut’ times in both the 100-Yard Breaststroke (53.18) and 200-Yard Breaststroke (1:56.16) at the 2023 MAC Championships
- Placed second in the 100-Yard Breaststroke at the MAC Championships (53.18 – 3/3/23)
- His times in both the 100- and 200-Yard Breaststroke events set UE school records
- Also set a UE school record in the 200-Yard IM at the MAC Championships with a time of 1:49.91 on his way to a 12th-place finish overall

- Earned Academic All-Mid-American Conference status and Second-Team CSCAA Scholar-All-America honors for his work both in the pool and in the classroom
- Captured the Acespys’ Best Male Athlete of the Year and Best Record-Breaking Performance of the Year at UE’s end-of-the-year department-wide awards show
- Won the 100-Meter Breaststroke event at the Israeli National Championships in June
- Also finished runner-up in the 50-Meter Breaststroke at the Israeli National Championships
2021-22:
- Named a CSCAA Second-Team Scholar All-American for his work both in the pool and the classroom
- Broke a UE school record six times in eight swims at the MAC Championships (3/3-3/5/22)
- Broke both the 100- and 200-Yard Breaststroke records in both the prelims and finals
- Also a part of both the 200- and 400-Yard Medley Relay Teams which set school records
- Finished second in the MAC in both the 100- and 200-Yard Breaststroke events
- Posted UE’s fifth NCAA Division I ‘B Cut’ in men’s swimming history with a then-school-record time of 54.11 in the 100-Yard Breaststroke
- Earned second-team all-MAC honors after tying for the team lead with 37 points
- Led UE in scoring at the National Invitational Championship with 18 points
- Placed ninth overall at the NIC in the 200-Yard Breaststroke (2:00.88)
- Also placed 17th overall at the NIC in the 100-Yard Breaststroke (54.94)
- Named UE’s Most Improved Male Swimmer/Diver
- Named to the Academic All-MAC Team
2020-21:
- Attended UE but did not compete because of NCAA rules
Prior To UE:
- Earned a second-place finish in the 17-18 Age Group at the Israeli National Championships in 2015
- Placed fifth at the Israeli National Championships in 2019
- Attended school at Sulam Tzor, but did not compete in high school, as Israel does not have high school sports programs
Personal:
- Son of Micha and Lyn Baer
- Has a brother, Oren, and a sister, Ellah
- Majoring in Athletic Training at UE
- Serving as the senior athletic training student for the UE women's soccer team during the fall 2023 season
