Biography
2008-09: Finished the season with his best times in the 200 free, 500 free and 1650 free at the Sun Belt Championships…placed second in the 1000 free and fourth in the 500 free versus Eastern Illinois…recorded a second place finish at Miami…had a fourth place result in the 500 free in the Butler Quad Meet.
At USJ: Lettered in swimming and cross country for the Bruins...was named Swimmer of the Year and the Most Improved Swimmer...was the recipient of the leadership award.
Personal: Son of Shane and Beth Long...majoring in biology.
