2022-23:
  • Qualified for the CSCAA National Invitational Championships in the 100- and 200-Yard Breaststroke events for the second-straight year
  • Competed in all seven meets for UE as a senior
  • Posted a season-best time of 2:04.17 in the 200-Yard Breaststroke at the MAC Championships (3/4/23)
  • Also swam a season-best time of 56.43 in the 100-Yard Breaststroke at the MAC Championships (3/3/23)
  • Delivered a personal-best time of 1:55.95 in the 200-Yard IM at the MAC Championships as well (3/2/23)
  • Placed sixth overall in the 100-Yard Breaststroke at the A3 Performance Invitational (11/10/22)
  • Placed fourth in his first-ever collegiate 100-Yard Backstroke event with a time of 56.92 at Valparaiso (10/14/22)
  • Earned Academic All-MAC honors for the third-straight year for his work both in the classroom and in the pool
2021-22:
  • Qualified for the 2022 CSCAA National Invitational Championships in both the 100-Yard and 200-Yard Breaststroke events
  • Placed 12th in the MAC in both the 100 and 200 Breaststroke events
  • Posted a season-best 100-Yard Breaststroke time of 56.46 in the prelims at the MAC Championships (3/4/22)
  • Swam back-to-back personal-best times in the prelims (2:04.13) and finals (2:03.71) of the 200-Yard Breaststroke at the MAC Championships (3/5/22)
  • Earned Academic All-MAC honors for the second-straight season for his work in the pool and the classroom
  • Won the C Finals in the 200-meter (LCM) Breaststroke of the Speedo Sectionals in Minneapolis, Minnesota this past July in a personal-best time of 2:25.82 while swimming for the Edina Swim Club
2020-21:
  • Competed in all five meets for UE in the COVID-shortened 2020-21 season
  • Swam a personal-best 100-Yard Breaststroke time of 56.25 at the MAC Championships (4/9/21) on his way to an 11th-place finish
  • Placed 12th overall in the 200-Yard Breaststroke at the MAC Championships with a season-best time of 2:04.94
  • Also swam a season-best time of 1:56.08 in the 200-Yard IM at the MAC Championships
  • Earned Academic All-MAC honors as a sophomore at UE
2019-20:
  • Paced UE with the top 200-Yard Breaststroke time of the year (2:06.25) at the MAC Championships (3/4-7/20), which ranked fifth-fastest in school history at the time
  • Also posted his fastest 100-Yard Breaststroke time of the season (57.59) at the MAC Championships to place 11th overall
  • His 100-Yard Breaststroke time of 57.59 was the second-fastest time in the event for UE in 2019-20, and ranked as the fifth-fastest time in school history at the time
  • Swam the team’s fourth-fastest time in the 200-Yard IM (1:57.43) at the MAC Championships
Prior To UE:
  • Participated in swimming and soccer at Anoka HS
  • Was his high school team MVP two years in a row
  • Swam in the Minnesota High School State Championship
Personal:
  • Son of John and Julie Dehen
  • Has two sisters – Calen and Reese – and a younger brother, Jackson
  • His father was a wrestler at Augustana
  • Majoring in Marketing at UE
