Biography

2017: Set program record with 32 home runs in her career…started 50 games while playing in all 53 for UE…notched seven home runs, 16 RBIs and 16 runs scored…tied program home run record in series finale at Drake as UE earned the sweep before hitting her final one against SIU on 4/19…Missouri State series aw her go 8-10 from the plate with an RBI and double.

2016: Was a starter in all 47 games that she played in 2016…named to the All-MVC First Team for the second time in her career…hit .300 with six home runs and 23 runs batted in while scoring 24 runs…went 2-3 with 2 RBI in season-opening win over Eastern Michigan…in win at Tennessee State, was 2-3 with 2 more RBI and a pair of doubles....had season-high three hits and 4 RBI while swatting two more doubles in an 11-1 victory at Chattanooga…posted 3 RBI and a triple in 2nd game of doubleheader versus Murray State…had a 3-hit effort to help UE to a series win at Illinois State in final game, hit two home runs in a 7-4 win…also had three hits in first game over series against the Redbirds.

2015: Was a MVC Scholar-Athlete Honorable Mention selection…led the team in at-bats (148), runs scored (37), hits (44), doubles (10), total bases (883), walks (20) and on-base percentage (.413)…started all 50 games that she saw action in…positions she started at included: shortstop, outfield, third base, DH and second base…scored two runs in season opener vs. George Washington…after season opener, recorded a 13-game hit streak including first multi-hit game vs. Lipscomb on Feb. 14…hit first of nine home runs in second game of the year vs. Chattanooga…went 2-3 with a season-high four runs scored and two walks vs. Buffalo on March 1…had back-to-back multi-hit games vs. Oklahoma State and UConn in early March, went 2-3 with two runs and two RBIs vs. OSU and 2-4 with two doubles against Connecticut…posted a 2-for-3 day with two runs and two RBIs at Indiana State in final game of the series…in final series vs. Bradley, went 2-4 in game two with her 9th homer of the season.

2014: The lone Evansville representative honored by the MVC in the conference awards, as she was named to the MVC All-Conference First Team for her outstanding offense and defense. Parr was a key part to Evansville’s success this season, as the freshman was a offensive machine. Parr hit 10-HRs this season which tied her for fourth in the UE Single Season Record Book, she had 30 RBIs, was walked 15 times and had seven hit-by-pitches. Parr started 48 games for the Purple Aces and hit .291 over the season. To go along with her offense, Parr was a stalwart in leftfield for Evansville as she recorded 64 putouts, an assist and a .970 fielding percentage.

Background: Named All-South player as a sophomore and junior...made All-Conference team all three years of high school...holds the school record with 38 stolen bases in a single season...serves as the Vice President of the Student Counsel while also holding the Vice President spot in her Local Honor Society.
