Spring 2021 (Outdoor at UE):
- Competed in all six of UE’s outdoor meets in his first year of outdoor track competition.
- Set personal-best marks in both the 800-meters (2:01.46) and the 1,500-meters (4:01.93) at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/14-16/21).
- His 1,500-meter time at the MVC Championships was UE’s fastest of the spring season.
- Also ran the anchor leg of UE’s 4x400-meter relay team at the MVC Outdoor Championships.
- Posted a personal-best 5,000-meter time of 16:25.39 at the SIU Bill Cornell Invitational (3/19-20/21).
- Won the 5,000-meter race at the Bill Smith Challenge (3/27/21) with a time of 16:30.60.
- Also placed second in the 3,000-meter race at the Kentucky Wesleyan Twilight Invitational (4/2/21) with a time of 9:13.14.
Winter 2021 (Indoor at UE):
- Competed in two of UE’s three indoor meets, while also serving as UE’s top cross country runner outdoors at the same time.
- Set a personal-best time of 9:10.32 in the 3,000-meters at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/26-28/21).
- Also ran the lead leg for UE’s Distance Medley Relay team at the MVC Indoor Championships.
- Posted a time of 9:16.35 in the 3,000-meters to place ninth overall at the EIU Friday Night Special (2/19/21).
Spring 2020 (Outdoor at Shaw University):
- Outdoor season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Winter 2020 (Indoor at Shaw University):
- Attended Shaw University in North Carolina, which does not sponsor a men’s track team.
Personal:
- Majoring in nursing at UE with hopes of being a “world-class anesthetist.”
- Played soccer and ran track in high school.
- Respects Nelson Mandela the most because “he believed that no matter how many challenges arise, don’t ever lose sight of the goal.”
