Spring 2021 (Outdoor):
- Competed in three of the four outdoor throwing disciplines in all six of UE’s outdoor meets.
- Placed 16th in both the shot put (13.62 meters | 44’8.25”) and the discus (44.63 meters | 146’5”) at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/14-16/21).
- Recorded a personal-best hammer throw of 41.03 meters (134’7”) at the Pacesetter Invitational (5/7/21).
- Also set a new personal-best mark in the discus of 47.51 meters (155’10”) while winning the event at the Kentucky Wesleyan Twilight Invitational (4/2/21).
- Also won the discus competition at the Bill Smith Challenge (3/27/21) with a toss of 45.91 meters (150’7”).
- Best outdoor shot put distance of the spring was 13.62 meters (44’8.25”), which he recorded at both the MVC Outdoor Championships and the Kentucky Wesleyan Twilight Invitational.
Winter 2021 (Indoor):
- Competed in the shot put and weight throw in all three of UE’s indoor meets.
- Established a new personal-best mark in the weight throw at the EIU Friday Night Special (2/19/21) with a UE season-best toss of 14.88 meters (48’10”).
- Recorded an indoor-best mark of 13.74 meters (45’1”) in the shot put to place 13th overall at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/26-28/21).
- Best individual finish of the indoor season was seventh place in the weight throw (14.55 meters | 47’9”) at the John Gartland Invitational (1/23/21).
Spring 2020 (Outdoor):
- Outdoor season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Winter 2020 (Indoor):
- Competed in both indoor throwing competitions in all five of UE’s meets as a freshman.
- Placed third in both the shot put (13.63 meters | 44’8’.75”) and the weight throw (14.70 meters | 48’2.75”) at the Marshall Invitational (2/7-8/20).
- Recorded a personal-best distance of 13.95 meters (45’9.25”) in the shot put at the John Gartland Invitational (1/24-25/20).
- Posted his best weight throw of the indoor season in his first collegiate meet, with a toss of 14.73 meters (48’4”) at the EIU John Craft Invitational (1/18/20).
Personal:
- Working towards his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Master’s in Athletic Training at UE.
- Earned four letters in football, track and field, and basketball at Princeton Community High School.
- Four-time all-conference selection in track.
- Qualified for the Indiana state track meet in discus.
- Holds Princeton Community’s shot put and discus school records.
- Four-time Big 8 Conference and sectional champion.
- Also a three-time all-conference selection in basketball and two-time all-conference pick in football.
- Scored over 1,000 career points in basketball in high school.
- His brother, Matthew, plays basketball at Army West Point.
- Chose UE because it was close to home and a “great atmosphere.”
