Fall 2021 (XC):
  • Wrapped up a storied cross country career by leading UE in all five meets which she competed in.
  • Set a personal-best 6-K time of 21:25.8 – second fastest all-time at UE – in her final meet as a Purple Ace in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championships, hosted by Evansville (11/12/21).
  • Earned MVC Scholar-Athlete Team honors for the fourth time at UE (tied for most in MVC history).
  • Finished fifth out of 490 runners at the Live In Lou XC Classic in a season-best 5-K time of 18:24.7 (10/2/21) to earn MVC Runner Of The Week honors for the fourth time in her UE career.
  • Placed second at the UE Invitational with a 6-K time of 22:02.3 (10/16/21).
  • Finished 18th overall at the MVC Championships in a 6-K time of 22:00.1 (10/29/21).
  • Finished in the individual top 25 in four of the five meets she competed in overall.
  • Finished her career with four of the five fastest 6-K marks in school history.
Spring 2021 (XC):
  • Earned First-Team All-MVC and MVC Scholar-Athlete Team honors in the COVID-shortened spring season.
  • Placed fourth overall at the MVC Championships in a 5-K time of 17:35.6 (3/3/21).
  • Her fourth-place finish tied for the best UE female finish in MVC Championship history (Kelby Jenkins – 2012).
  • Won the individual titles at both the Belmont Opener (17:42.7) and the Murray State Open (18:17.5).
  • Took home the Murray State Open individual title by over 31 seconds.
Fall 2019 (XC): 
  • Set the UE 5-K program record along with a PR and event record at the Austin Peay Cross Country Festival (9/21/19), running a 16:46.4 while picking up one of her four victories on the season.
  • That time (16:46.4) was the fastest of any Missouri Valley Conference runner in 2019.
  • Took seventh at the Belmont Opener (8/30/19), posting a time of 18:35.9.
  • Earned the first of four wins in a row at the North Alabama Open, finishing in 18:02.6 (9/7/19).
  • Second victory came at Austin Peay.
  • Earned MVC Runner of the Week honors after both the UNA Open and Austin Peay victories.
  • Made it 3-for-3 at the Fast Cats Classic (10/12/19) where she finished in 17:43, the second-fastest time of her career.
  • Her fourth win came at the UE Invitational (10/19/19) where she paced the meet with a time of 18:17.4.
  • Earned a fifth-place finish at the MVC Championship (11/2/19) with a time of 18:22.2.
  • Earned First-Team All-MVC honors, as well as MVC Scholar-Athlete Team honors.
  • Set her 6-K PR at the NCAA Regionals (11/15/19), running a 21:41.3 – the second-best 6-K time in UE history at the time.
  • Finished 59th out of 215 runners at the NCAA Regionals.
Fall 2018 (XC): 
  • Earned top ten finishes in each of UE’s first five races.
  • Took eighth at the Walt Crawford Open in a time of 18:41 (8/31/18).
  • Improved by five seconds at the UAH Chargers Open (9/8/18), running 18:36 while finishing second.
  • Earned MVC Runner of the Week honors by helping UE to the UAH Chargers Open team title.
  • Picked up the win at the Austin Peay Invitational (9/22/18), running 18:00.
  • Took third at the Fast Cats Classic (10/6/18), recording a time of 18:28 before finishing 4th at the UE Invitational (10/13/18).
  • Ran 17:55 on her way to a 15th place finish at the MVC Championship (10/27/18).
  • Earned honorable mention all-MVC honors.
  • Also named to the MVC Scholar-Athlete Team.
  • Wrapped up the season with a 6-K time of 22:19 at the NCAA Regionals (11/9/18).
Fall 2017 (XC):
  • As a freshman, ran in each race and debuted with the team’s top time at Belmont (9/2/17), running a 19:54.59 to finish in 32nd.
  • Led the team once again at the John McNichols Invite (9/9/17), running a 20:09.6.
  • Ran her fastest time of 19:00.0 at the Austin Peay Invitational (9/23/17) to finish eighth, her best finish of the season.
  • Had a solid 19:33.38 to take 34th at the Greater Louisville Classic (9/30/17).
  • Took 12th place at the UE Invitational (10/14/17).
Personal:
  • Currently pursuing her Doctorate Degree In Physical Therapy.
  • Already has a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from UE.
  • Lettered four years each in track and cross country at Taylorville HS, while also playing one year of basketball.
  • Has professional aspirations of being a physical therapist for professional runners.
