Biography
2016: As a junior, Karp had a solid season for the Aces…her quickest time of the season in the 5K came at the UE Invitational at Angel Mounds as she finished in 15th place with a time of 19:51.7…in the MVC Championships, she finished the 5K event in 20:03.1.
2015: Participated in six races in 2015, showing stellar improvement and improving in each race…set a PR in each of the final four races, capping off the season with a 19:32.83 at the MVC Championship…took 34th out of 108 runners in the UE Invitational with a then-PR 19:38.4…her first sub-20 minute race came in the Greater Louisville Classic as she ran a 19:52.97 to take 41st out of 369 racers.
2014: Logged times in the final six races of 2014 after missing the Belmont Opener...her first 5K run was a 22:25.93, which was lowered to a 20:28.26 (her PR) at the MVC Championship...top finish was a 27th at the UE Invitational on the strength of a 5K time of 20:58.9.
