Biography
2018-19: Senior transfer from Ball State earned the individual championship at the Chi-Town Fall Classic, posting scores of 79 and 72 to take the medalist position…second on the team for the season with a 78.19 average…tied for 14th in UE debut at Redbird Invitational…in her Chi-Town championship, shot a season-low 72 in the second round…took third with scores of 77-77-78 at the ASU Spring Kickoff…earned a tie for third at the Benbow Invitational…finished her career with a tie for 23rd at the MVC Championships…of her 27 rounds, 20 were in the 70’s and every one was in the 80’s or lower.
Prior to UE: Transferred to UE from Ball State where she won the Colonel Classic hosted by EKU in APril of 2017...named to the Mid-American Conference All-Academic Team as a sophomore and junior...was a 2-time MAC Player of the Week...in high school, played at Columbus North where she was the No. 1 player in her final three seasons...a 4-time All-Conference selection...was a 3-time qualifier for the state tournament...named an All-State selection as a senior...posted a 75.3 stroke average in her high school career...set her school record for the lowest 9-hole average (36.9) and 9-hole score (33).
Personal: Daughter of Chris and Kelly Anderson...has three sisters - Holly, Annie and Gwennie...Holly is a golfer at Purdue-Fort Wayne...is majoring in Psychology at UE.
