2012 -- Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete Honorable Mention…appeared in all 16 matches, making 15 starts…part of a defensive unit that posted six shutouts and a 1.21 goals against average, including a league-best four shutouts and 0.32 goals against average in MVC matches…fired five shots on the season, putting three on goal…attempted a season-high two shots in a win at Murray State (Aug. 26)

2011 -- Played in all 20 matches with 18 starts…Recorded one goal, two points, and three shots on goal…Scored a goal in UE’s first contest of the season, a 2-2 tie at Indiana University (8/19)…Helped the Aces’ defense to five shutouts, including three consecutively en route to a semifinal appearance in the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament…Logged one shot on goal in each match vs. Central Michigan (8/26) and at Indiana State (10/19).

2010 – Member of the Missouri Valley Conference All-Tournament Team...aggressive midfielder...good at winning balls...scored the tying goal against Valparaiso, and also added an assist in UE's 2-0 win over Xavier...took a total of 10 shots.

2009 – Key newcomer who played in all 18 matches, and started in 17...fifth on the squad in shots, with 11...put five of the 11 shots on goal...made an assist on Kasey Kutzler’s third goal in a 4-3 loss to Middle Tennessee.

High School/Club – Played for the 2006 U-16 Missouri State Cup championship team as a member of IKSC...all-conference player at Francis Howell North High School...four-year starter and helped lead her high school team to the state tournament.

Personal – Danielle Courtney Langness...born March 6, 1991 in St. Charles, Missouri...daughter of Dave and Cindy Langness; father competed in football, baseball and wrestling at Augsburg College...has three brothers and one sister...majoring in exercise science.
