Biography

2018: Played in 88 sets and made 11 starts as a senior…totaled 100 kills with high season tally of 13 coming against NC Central…had 11 against Fairleigh Dickinson and Gardner-Webb…added 42 block assists including six versus FDU…notched four service aces and two assists in final season at UE.

2017: Was fourth on the squad with 169 kills and an average of 2.11 per set…played in 80 sets as a junior…notched double figure kills in eight matches with top total of 12 coming on three occasions (vs. ILST, at UNI, at Drake)…took season high 42 attempts at Western Illinois…notched 47 block assists with season high of six coming at Morgan State…posted 11 digs at WIU.

2016: Had a solid sophomore campaign in 2016, ranking second on the team with 232 kills and 2.25 kills per set…set her mark of 19 kills versus Bradley in October…in her final three matches of the year, had a total of 40 kills…career-high of 13 digs came in home matches against Drake and Bradley…had two service aces on three occasions.

2015: Started off her UE career in impressive fashion, leading the squad with 100 blocks, including 89 block assists…her total of 0.91 per set ranked 10th in the Missouri Valley Conference…opened her season with seven block assists versus Tennessee Tech while her career-best of 10 came at Bradley…registered 134 kills (4th on the team) with her top number of 13 coming at Central Michigan; also had 11 at Austin Peay…finished with 71 digs and 12 services aces…had three aces in season opener against TTU…started 30 matches as a freshman and played in a total of 110 sets.

Prior to UE: Came from Argentina where there were no high school sports, so her primary volleyball experience was playing for club teams…played for Club Atletico Boca Juniors where they were champions of the Argentinian A1 League…Her team was the Metropolitan Champions for two years in a row with the U18 team and were 9th in the nation…she also was part of a championship team in the International Villa Ocampo Tournament in 2014 while the team was also third in 2015…her squads also took second in the Buenos Aires Tournament in 2014 with her U18 and U21 teams.

Personal: Daughter of Maria Eugenia…will be majoring in communications and has career aspirations of working for the New York Times…is a native of La Plata, Argentina where she went to high school at Colegio Nacional Rafael Hernandez.
