He later worked with Men’s Basketball, Women’s Volleyball, and Women’s Lacrosse at Marquette University, and completed a professional internship at the University of Minnesota, supporting NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Ice Hockey and contributing to the development of NHL, PWHL, and Olympic athletes.

A former collegiate rugby athlete at Lindenwood University–Belleville, King earned recognition as a GRR Top 150 athlete, a Collegiate All-Star, and competed for multiple high-performance rugby teams across the United States, elevating his competitive experience at regional and national levels.
