No stranger to the University of Evansville, Jess Willsey joins the UE Softball staff in August of 2026.
A graduate of the University of Evansville, Willsey was a four-year member of the Aces softball program from 2023-2026. She finished her career at UE earning a spot on the 2026 MVC Scholar-Athlete Team. An integral part of Evansville's lineup over the course of her career, Willsey started and appeared in 209 games, batting .282 with an OPS of .811. She finished her career with 41 doubles, 26 home runs, 107 RBI, 98 runs scored, and 10 stolen bases. Willsey ranks in the top five in two major categories in program history: 107 career RBI (third) and 26 career home runs (fifth).
The native of Ballwin, Mo. earned her Bachelor's in Sports Communication from UE in May of 2026.
