Ticket Request Form

Ticket request forms are available through October 27 for University of Evansville basketball fans hoping to attend the game on Thursday, December 18 at the University of North Carolina.  UE's ticket allotment for the game will not be known for several weeks.

Forms are available at the UE athletic ticket office at Carson Center, or by going online to the men's basketball page at GoPurpleAces.com.  All completed forms must be returned to the ticket office by 5:00 on October 27, along with payment of $45 for the price of the ticket.  Checks should be made payable to the University of Evansville. Payment will be returned to those who do not receive tickets. First priority in the allotment of tickets will go to Purple Aces Club members based on their annual giving level, number of consecutive years as a member, and their priority points level.

UE students can reserve their tickets on a first-come, first-served basis by presenting their student ID at the Carson Center ticket office. Only one ticket will be available per student, and the $45 ticket cost is due at the time of registration.
