NASHVILLE, Tenn.—The University of Evansville swimming and diving team wrapped up another day of competition at the Sun Belt Conference Championships on Friday night.

 

Freshman Colin Gray was the highest finisher of the day with a 26^th place finish in the 100 breast with a time of 59.51. Two Aces had 31^st place finishes with Michael Cowl in the 400 IM and Jacob Harrington in the 100 fly.  Senior James Nash finished 35^th in the 100 back, and Chris Nash wrapped up the top finishers with a 49^th place finish in the 200 free.

 

On the diving board, junior Josh Fletcher had a good day with a 13^th place finish in the one meter diving with a score of 245.00 The 400 free relay team of James Nash, Gray, Harrington, and Daniel Jackson placed 11^th to round out the day’s events.

 

The Aces will conclude the SBC Championships on Saturday with the last day of preliminaries beginning at 9 a.m.
