Fans can watch Saturday's doubleheader for just $2, and buy hot dogs, popcorn and drinks for $1 each.
Fans attending Saturday's University of Evansville basketball doubleheader at Roberts Stadium can watch both games for $2, and buy hot dogs, popcorn and Pepsi products for $1 each. Proceeds from the $2 tickets will go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for breast cancer research. The University of Evansville women play Bradley at 4:00 in the annual Hoops For The Cure game, followed by the men's game against Wichita State at 7:05. The $2 admission price is good only until halftime of the women's game. Fans who arrive by then will be given a reserved seat ticket for the men's game upon entry.
In addition, the University is inviting all men's basketball alumni to be part of the special pre-game ceremony at 6:45 on Arad McCutchan Court to honor members of the 1959 NCAA College Division national championship team. This is the 50th anniversary of Evansville's first national championship in basketball.
