The University of Evansville softball team is slated to host a doubleheader against Olney College Saturday at noon at Cooper Stadium.  Admission is $5.

The Aces are off to a 4-0 start this fall, most recently beating the University of Southern Indiana twice last weekend, with scores of 4-2 and 12-2, respectively.

“The fall season has been going very well for us so far,” said head coach Mark Redburn. “As a team, we seem to be learning at a faster pace than last year, which is expected. We’ve been able to go deeper into the learning process and really build on the basic fundamentals to expand our knowledge, and it’s really helping the players and program grow.”
