Kenny MacDonald, chief sports reporter for News of the World in Glasgow, Scotland, has written a story on former University of Evansville soccer All-American David Weir. MacDonald talks with Weir's coach at UE, Fred Schmalz, about the young kid from Scotland who overcame homesickness and appendicitis to become the first American collegiate player to compete for a European team in the World Cup.
