The University of Evansville men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams will host the final home meets of the season this weekend at Wyttenbach Pool, bringing in conference foe Missouri State on Friday at 4 p.m. before closing the home season on Saturday at 1 p.m. against Saint Louis University. Admission is free.

Saturday will mark the last meet at home for seniors Andy Balczo, Jennifer Childers, Zach Kanet, Chris Nash, Christina Schmidgall, Annie Shackelford and Will Spradley.

The Aces were last in action on January 12 at Miami of Ohio. Junior Alex Howard was chosen as Missouri Valley Conference Swimmer of the Week after winning the 100- and 200-backstroke events against Miami. Junior Jake Harrington led the men’s team, notching first place finishes in the 200- and 500-freestyle as well as being the leadoff swimmer for UE’s first place 400-freestyle relay team.
