EVANSVILLE, Ind.— University of Evansville student-athletes visited Hebron Elementary School Wednesday afternoon as part of the Missouri Valley Conference’s “Just Read!” program. Athletes from the women’s basketball, men’s and women’s cross country, tennis, softball and volleyball teams spent time reading to students in Hebron’s kindergarten and first grade classrooms.
 
The “Just Read!” program is co-sponsored by State Farm Insurance and was developed in order to teach kids the importance of reading at and early age while utilizing MVC student-athletes as positive role models.
