Fans attending Saturday afternoon's University of Evansville women's basketball game at Roberts Stadium will get in free, Director of Athletics John Stanley announced today. The Aces take on Wichita State at 2:00 CST in the final scheduled basketball game at Roberts Stadium. Former players and coaches will be in attendance, and fans are invited to come down to the playing court following the post-game celebration for pictures and autographs. It will also be Senior Day for four-year letterwinner Stephanie Bamberger.
"The men's team had a celebration at Roberts Stadium last Saturday, and our women's team deserves a great day of their own," Stanley said. "This may well be the final basketball game ever played at Roberts Stadium, and we want to give as many fans as possible the opportunity to be there."
