DAVIDSON, N.C. -- The University of Evansville tennis team improved to 7-4 Saturday with a 7-0 victory over Davidson College. The Aces dominated the match, winning two of the three doubles matches by 8-0 scores, and winning five of the six singles matches in straight sets.
"It was a good way to end the trip," said coach Nick Mueller. "We played much better today (following Friday's loss at UNC Wilmington). Our enthusiasm and comeraderie were great. It was a good way to end the spring trip."
The Aces are off until March 31, when they start Missouri Valley Conference play against Southern Illinois.
