OMAHA, Neb. – Senior Cody Fick was chosen to the 2011 State Farm Missouri Valley Conference All-Tournament team Saturday, voted upon by members of the media in attendance at the tournament.

Across Evansville’s two games, Fick hit .333 with two hits, a double, and a run scored. On the mound last Tuesday afternoon, Fick threw a complete game, allowing just four hits, and struck out a career-high 11 men in a, 2-1, loss to Wichita State in UE’s first game of the tournament.

Evansville finished the 2011 season with a 28-25 overall record.
