EVANSVILLE, Ind. – For the seventh-straight year, the University of Evansville men’s soccer team will sponsor its annual ‘Kick The Cold, Give A Coat’ campaign in conjunction with Don’s Claytons DCI Fine DryCleaning.
The Aces are accepting donations of new or gently used coats to help those in the Tri-State stay warm this winter. Donations can be taken to the UE men’s soccer office, located just off the lobby of Carson Center on Walnut Street, weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. from December 3 through December 17. Don’s Claytons DCI Fine DryCleaning will clean all of the donated coats for distribution through the Salvation Army and Christian Life Center.
In the first six years of the ‘Kick The Cold, Give A Coat’ campaign, approximately 600 coats and jackets have been donated to individuals in the Tri-State, with many of them going to young children in the community.
