EVANSVILLE, Ind. – AcesTV and the University of Evansville Athletic Department have announced that Saturday’s regular season finale for the Aces men’s basketball team will be streamed online free of charge.
AcesTV will be providing a free, live video stream of Saturday's "Senior Day" game between the University of Evansville men's basketball team and Missouri State. The stream will begin at 12:45 pm and will include coverage of the senior post-game speeches.
To access the live streams, fans should visit the following website address: www.gopurpleaces.com/showcase. Once there, fans will see the UE-Missouri State game listed atop the list of games on the left-hand side of the screen, with a small "Free" button on the tab. If fans click the tab, they should receive instant access to the stream.
PLEASE NOTE: to receive a clear stream on-line, a solid internet connection is needed. Saturday's stream will be offered at 796 kbps. In order to receive the stream free of buffering or interruption, it is recommended to view the stream on an internet connection with at least 1.5 mbps download speed available. The stream can be viewed with speeds less than 1.5 mbps, but stuttering may occur, especially when download speeds approach the stream's speed of 796 kbps. Fans are also reminded that AcesTV will hold a free stream for baseball and softball next month. The baseball game on March 13
th against UT-Martin and the softball doubleheader against Southeast Missouri State on March 15
th will each be streamed free of charge, giving fans a preview of what AcesTV offers.
