EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Due to inclement weather and lightning in the Evansville area, the University of Evansville’s men’s soccer game with Portland, the second match of the  has been cancelled and the match will be declared a no contest.
 
Heavy rains, followed by lightning forced the players off the field with just over 20 minutes remaining in the opening half.  Since the two sides had not played 70 minutes, the game was declared a no contest and stats will not count, nor will the match be reflected on either side’s record.
 
The ProRehab Aces Soccer Classic will continue as scheduled on Sunday afternoon at Arad McCutchan Stadium.  Portland and Bradley will play at Noon followed by Evansville and Cincinnati at 2:30 p.m.
