Full Schedule

EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The University of Evansville softball team has released its 2014 season schedule and it is packed with great opponents. Coach Mark Redburn and the Lady Aces will have 27 games at home this season and will be hosting two tournaments as well.
 
Evansville looks to continue it's strong play from 2013 into 2014 as the Lady Aces finished second to Northern Iowa in the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament last season. UE finished with a record of 23-30 and have a very strong chance of improving that this season.
 
The Lady Aces season kicks-off against Eastern Kentucky on February 14^th at the Samford Tournament in Birmingham, Ala.
 
Evansville will have it's first home game of the season against Northern Illinois on March 1^st at 12:30 p.m. in its own tournament, the Evansville Invitational.
 
UE will face four NCAA Tournament teams from last year this season starting with IPFW on March 8^that 11:00 a.m. The Lady Aces will also face the likes of Missouri on March 12^th, Northern Iowa on March 29^th and 30^th, and Western Kentucky on April 29^th.
 
The Lady Aces will also have nine games against 35 win opponents this season, heading that list is Western Kentucky with 43 wins. The other five 35 win opponents are Missouri with 38 wins, UT Martin with 37, Eastern Kentucky with 36 and Lipscomb and SIUE with 35 each.
 
Evansville will open conference play up against Indiana State on March 15^th in a double header at Cooper Stadium.
 
UE will close out the regular season at home against Missouri State on May 3^rd and 4^th.
 
The Missouri Valley Conference Championships will be hosted by Illinois State, in Normal, Ill. on May 8^th through the 10^th.
