KANSAS CITY, Kan. – A pair of University of Evansville men's soccer players were named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)/Continental Tire All-Midwest Region team, as announced by the NSCAA Tuesday morning. Sophomore

Hajderovic is the first Evansville player to earn all-region first team honors since Robby Lynch in 2010, as the St. Louis native led the Aces with 20 points on three goals and an NCAA-leading 14 assists. Hajderovic fired a team-high 61 shots during his sophomore campaign, putting 26 of them on goal, including a pair of game-winners. The sophomore midfielder was named to the All-Missouri Valley Conference First Team and MVC Tournament Team earlier this season and earned a spot on the All-Midwest Region Third Team last year.

Gonzalez led UE with nine goals, including five game-winners, for 18 points on the season and put 20 of his 47 shots on frame. The Toronto native was an All-MVC First Team selection and current ranks 51st in the country with his nine goals. Gonzalez recorded two of his five game-winners against nationally-ranked opponents St. Louis and Butler and tallied goals in five-straight games.
