EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The University of Evansville women's basketball team will hold their first practice of the season on Tuesday, October 7.
The Purple Aces enter the season after a 15-win season last year, the most victories for the program since the 2008-2009 campaign.
Evansville's head coach
Oties Epps has increased the team's win total in each of his first three seasons.
The Purple Aces have senior forward
Mallory Ladd back for her senior season. Ladd averaged 12.0 points and 9.2 rebounds per game last year as she was named to the Missouri Valley Conference Honorable Mention selection.
Evansville also has sophomore
Sara Dickey back for her sophomore season. Last year, Dickey lead Evansville with 17.6 points per game and was named co-freshman of the year in the MVC.
