EVANSVILLE, Ind. – With only 39 days until the first game of the season, we continue our preview to the upcoming UE Women's Basketball season.

The Lady Aces held their first practice on Wednesday, going through a number of team and individual drills.

New NCAA rules state that teams can begin practices 40 days prior to their first regular season game.

The Aces will hold practices each day the rest of the week in anticipation of their regular season opener on November 16 against Austin Peay.

Hoopfest will be on October 16 at the Ford Center and the first 1,000 fans will receive a free Hoopfest t-shirt.
