EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The University of Evansville softball team has changed its schedule for the Evansville Invitational this weekend. The Invitational, which was originally scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, will now be held only Saturday, March 1. The one-day event will feature Northern Illinois, Northern Kentucky and Evansville.
 
The full schedule is as follows:
03.01 – Northern Illinois vs. Northern Kentucky – 11:30 a.m.
03.01- UE vs. Northern Illinois – 1:30 p.m.
03.01 – UE vs. Northern Kentucky – 3:30 p.m.
 
These will be the Purple Aces first home games of the season, as the team will look to extend its three-game winning streak. UE won its last three games of the Blues City Classic last weekend.
