EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The University of Evansville has announced some changes to their spring schedule on Monday.
The Aces have re-scheduled their postponed Feb. 22 match against Bellarmine for Thursday, April 2. The match will begin at 7:30 p.m. and be held at Black Beauty Field.
Evansville has also added a game at Northern Kentucky which will take place on Sunday, April 12 at 3:00 p.m.
The next spring match for UE will be against NAIA National Power, Lindsey Wilson, at home on Wednesday, Mar. 25. Lindsey Wilson has made the NAIA National Final Four in two of the last three seasons (2012, '13). The match will be at Arad McCutchan Stadium and start at 7:30 p.m.
Then, the Aces will go on the road for a Saturday, Mar. 28 match at Lipscomb. The Bisons were the 2014 Atlantic Sun Regular Season Conference Champions. The match will begin at 3:00 p.m. at Lipscomb Soccer Complex in Nashville, Tenn.
UE will then play Bellarmine and Northern Kentucky before rounding out the spring schedule with the local derby against USI on Thursday, April 16. The clash for the Mayor's Cup will be held at Arad McCutchan Stadium and commence at 7:00 p.m.
The Aces will be led by head coach
Marshall Ray, who is in his first season as the UE men's soccer head coach.
