Mike has led his team in scoring each of the past 5 years, and was named SAAC Top Scorer for the past 3 years. Mike's prolific goal scoring abilities helped him lead Sigma FC to an SAAC U17 Championship in 2013. In 2012, Mike travelled overseas to compete against some of the best youth clubs in Europe such as Ajax (Holland), PSV Eindhoven (Holland), AZ Alkmaar (Holland), Club Brugge (Belgium) and FC Koln (Germany). Along with competing against top European clubs, Mike had the opportunity to spend some time training with clubs such as AC Milan (Italy), RCD Mallorca (Spain), Club Brugge (Belgium) and KRC Genk (Belgium). Along with his athletic accomplishments, Mike has been very competitive in the classroom, completing grades 9, 10 and 11 with Honors.

Ray on Matic: "We are pleased to add Mike to our incoming class for 2015.  He provides this class and our program with another proven goal scorer.  His experiences at Sigma FC and while training with some of the top clubs in Europe will help him adjust to the demands of Division I soccer.  I look forward to having Mike in our August training camp with the rest of the guys."
