EVANSVILLE, Ind. – In their tune-up for the spring season, the University of Evansville softball team will play on five dates in September.  All games are open to the public.
 
The first date is Saturday, September 12 when the Purple Aces host Wabash Valley for a doubleheader.  The first game is slated to begin at noon with the second coming at 2 p.m.  Eight days later, Evansville will head to Grand Park in Westfield, Ind. for a pair of games against Division I foes.  UE will take on IUPUI at 1 p.m. ET on Sept. 20 before facing Miami Ohio at 3 p.m. ET.
 
Evansville is back home the next weekend and will be playing each day from Sept. 25-27.  On Friday, Sept. 25, the Aces take on crosstown rival USI at 7 p.m. in a single game.  At noon on the 26^th, the team will host an Alumni Game.  The final tilt of the fall will be held on Sunday (9/27) as Evansville takes on Olney Central in a doubleheader.  Game one will begin at noon with the second being held at 2 p.m.
