Evansville, IN– The University of Evansville Women's Tennis Team (7-11, 0-0) was back in action on Sunday when they were able to defeat Kentucky Wesleyan by a score of 7-0.  The 7-0 victory also marks the teams seventh win of the season.   The win helps the Aces bounce back from a 5-2 loss that they recorded on Friday at Lipscomb.
 
The Aces were able to take down the Panthers handedly winning all points throughout the match.  This match marks the first victory of the season that the Aces were able to gain a victory in shutout fashion.
 
Coach Jayson Wiseman said on the match, "Our team did a great job of coming out and remaining focused from the first ball to the last.  This was a good confidence builder for us without our #1 singles player and with only one more match before the conference season begins."

UE will be back in action on March 25^th when they play host to Western Kentucky.  The Aces will then start conference play when they travel to Southern Illinois and Illinois State the next two following weekends.
