EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The University of Evansville softball team has joined forces with Easton Fastpitch to be the exclusive provider of softball equipment for the Purple Aces program.
"We are excited to be able to partner with Easton Fastpitch to give our girls some of the top quality products and gear in the game," UE head coach Mat Mundell said.
This deal is set to provide UE players with the best equipment in the game, including: bats, custom gloves, custom batting gloves, custom catchers gear, batting helmets and bat bags.
"This partnership allows us to have resources that our program has not been able to utilize in the past," Mundell added.
Making this even more beneficial to the program is the ability for the girls to design their own gloves. They have the option to pick the design, colors and special customizations such as having their name on them.
"Giving our girls the opportunity to design their own gloves is something that really goes a long way," Mundell said. "Overall, this deal really takes our program to the next level."
