SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- The University of Evansville women's soccer team wraps up the 2019 season with a, 1-0 loss to Missouri State in the first round of the Missouri Valley Conference Championships.
 
Evansville gave up the lead early at the 11-minute mark to Missouri State's Kayleigh Putnam. The header attempt by Putnam found the back of the net after colliding with Michaela Till.
 
The Purple Aces attempted four shots with three aimed at goal, led by Amanda Dasilva with two. Till added five saves off of 12 shots faced.
