EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The University of Evansville men's and women's swimming and diving team will travel to Birmingham-Southern for a head-to-head matchup, Saturday afternoon. 

• The Purple Aces travel to the second to last event of the fall half of the season, with the UE talking on Birmingham-Southern at the Birmingham CrossPlex starting at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
• Last time out for the women's squad the Aces  took down Arkansas Little Rock 158-141, while falling to Indiana State 223-77 at home.
• The men last swam against Valparaiso on Oct. 25 where they won 151-54 with Zeke Metz and Riccardo Di Domenico taking home a pair of individual event championships respectively. 
• UE returns 23 athletes to the women's side, while adding seven freshman, on the men's side the Aces return 17 with seven newcomers.
• Stu Wilson was announced as the Aces new head coach for the 2019-20 season on April 30.
