- Closing out its regular season road slate, Evansville battled for a 59-56 win over Indiana State on Friday evening.
- Producing one of the best performances in program history, senior Kerri Gasper scored a career-high 34 points, shooting 6-7 from three and 8-8 from the charity stripe.
- Gasper's 34 points are tied for third-most in a single-game in Aces' history and tied for the most in a regulation game in program history, matching Shelly Brand-Adlard's 34 points scored against ISUE during the 1982-83 season.
- The MVC road victory marked Evansville's first road win in conference play since a 52-44 win over Indiana State on March 4, 2017.
- Senior Marley Miller joined Gasper in double-figures for Evansville with 11 points as Miller and Gasper each played 40 minutes for the Aces.
- The Aces defense was key in the victory, specifically in the second half as Evansville limited the Sycamores to just 5-28 (17.9%) shooting from the field in the third and fourth quarters.

Gasper's Career Performance
- In the Aces' lone game last week, senior Kerri Gasper produced one of the best performances in program history.
- On Friday evening, Gasper scored a career-high 34 points in the Aces' 59-56 win over Indiana State.
- The 34 points tied the program record for most points in a regulation contest, matching Shelly Brand-Adlard's 34 points against ISUE during the 198-83 season.
- Gasper finished just three points off the Evansville program record of the 37 points set by Sara Dickey in a 93-83 overtime victory over Murray State on Dec. 3, 2014.
- Only four players in program history have scored 34-or-more points with Dickey, Ashley Senff, Brand-Adlard, and Gasper all reaching the mark.
